Each new year brings an onslaught of empty promises: a new diet, more exercise, less complaining, blah blah blah. The amount of abandoned resolutions is painful. So, why make them? Instead, I suggest a simple change: reflections, not resolutions. The end of a year is just the beginning of a new trip around the sun, so why not take a moment to reflect on what you’ve learned in the time you’ve been given? With reflection and learning in mind, here’s a list of a few our favorite lessons we’ve drawn from film.
