All-time favorite movie?
The Survivors. I laugh a little too much every time I watch this movie! Most of the jokes are just bad - or really bad - but, for whatever reason, I still laugh. Just thinking about some scenes brings a smile to my face, like when Robin Williams's character is fired by a parrot, Jerry Reed's character saying "honky mofo," or Robin's character calling "time-out" in a gun fight. I know the whole movie from watching it so many times, but it still gets me.
What movie or TV show reminds you of your childhood?
Night Court - my father loved that show. We had to watch it every time it was on. He would laugh hysterically and most of the jokes would go over my head since I was too young to get most of it. Now, when I see the show I laugh because I get it, and smile because I remember my father's laugh.
Go-to genre for movie night?
Action/adventure is great for movie night because even if the story and acting are bad, you still have action and maybe even over-the-top action and CG. And, if everything is good, you have a great movie. It is hard to go wrong with explosions, fighting, fast driving, and the like.
What movie or TV show could you watch endlessly without getting tired of it?
Breaking Bad is one of the best shows of all time from start to end. I can sit and watch 2-5 episodes anytime. Also, there is a special interest for those of us living in Albuquerque. Throughout the show, we constantly see places and things we know from everyday life.
