If feels like a new Bourne movie has been released every other year of the 21st Century, so we got curious about digging into the rental data of the franchise. What kind of order would they be in if we ranked them according to how often they've been rented by DVD Netflix members?
After all, we dug into the data for the Star Wars movies and found that Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (2015) was the most rented, with Episode IV: A New Hope (1977) coming in second, and a seemingly random order for the rest. Click here for the full Star Wars rankings.
Interestingly.... the Bourne movies had a distinct pattern. In fact, you might not even call it a pattern. The Bourne films' rental rankings of most rented to least rented go exactly by order of first released film to most recent film.
